He was predeceased by: his father Bonn Jackson; his wife Nellie A. Jackson (Jenkins); and his siblings, Maurice Jackson, Jimmy Lee Jackson, Maynard Jackson, Gertrude Durham, Emma Lou Moore and Ruby Burr.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Jackson (Marsha), Randy Jackson (Vickie) of Scottsville and Wanda Bowker (Randall) of Greenville; his sister-in-law Lois Jackson; and his grandchildren, Randi Bowker, Jeremy Jackson, Kevin Jackson, Adam Jackson and Daniel Jackson. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
