We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 68, Michael I Fowler of Adairville, Kentucky, born in Russellville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Irene Fowler and John Irvin Fowler; and his brother Jeffery Lynn. He is survived by : his wife Kim Fowler; his children, Holly Gilbert (Don), Shaun Fowler and Teresa Jones; his grandchildren, Ashlee Gilbert, Dalton Gilbert, Ethan Neal and Jackson Fowler; his sister Lisa Fowler; and his friends, Donna, Thurman Blake and Mike Byrum.
