He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Fowler and John Irvin Fowler; and his brother Jeffery Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Kim Fowler; his children, Holly Gilbert (Don), Shaun Fowler and Teresa Jones; his grandchildren, Ashlee Gilbert, Dalton Gilbert, Ethan Neal and Jackson Fowler; his sister Lisa Fowler; and his friends, Donna, Thurman Blake and Mike Byrum.
