He was predeceased by : his father Jesse Frazier; his wife Rita Frazier; his brothers, David Frazier and Roger Frazier; and his nephew David Alan Frazier.
He is survived by : his children, Tony Bernestine (Shannon) and Janet Phelps (Adairville); and his siblings, Chester Frazier (Gail) and Vickie Long (Ricky).
