He is survived by: his sons, Michael Kevin Binkley (Leslie) and Phillip Ray Binkley (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Colton Phillip Binkley and Bailey Nicole Binkley (Solomon); his sisters, Rita Adkins (John) and Tina Pennington (Jeff); his niece Lora Marie Rose (Sam); and his nephews, Brian Mitchell Adkins (Lauren), Zachary Bryant Pennington (Jordan) and Denver Reed Pennington (Bailey). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
