She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Pugh and Carol Pugh; and her parents-in-law, Marilyn and Gale Richards. She is survived by: her husband Todd; her children, April Lewis, Jamie Lewis, Heather Lewis and Lee Richards; her siblings, Debbie Shelton (Lee), Billy Pugh, Vicky Taylor (Walt) and Gena Risner (Mark); her grandchildren, Whitney, Akash, Mateo and Dakotah; and her nephew Marc Taylor. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
