He was predeceased by : his parents, John David Morrow Jr. of Adairville, KY and Daisy LaMoyne Lavender of Birmingham; and his siblings, Helen Laib Kort and Donald L. Morrow. He is survived by : his sibling Sigma Chi; his wife Barbara Kline Morrow; his children, David (Doris), Leslie (Douglas Crutcher), Nancy (Lee Albanese) and Susan (Todd Halamka); his grandchildren, Allison Crutcher Cooke (Ian), Stephen Crutcher (Hilary), Claire Albanese (Joseph), Caroline Albanese, Carter Halamka, Elizabeth Crutcher, Taylor Halamka (Melissa), Christopher Albanese, Sam Morrow, Lee Morrow and Toby Halamka; and his great grandchildren, Madeline Cooke, Grace Cooke and Clara Crutcher.
