Shoulders and Ruth Shoulders (Cothern); his wife Willie Ruth Shoulders; his son John David Shoulders; and his siblings, Aaron Shoulders, Garland Shoulders, Wilson Shoulders, Henry Shoulders, Gertie Blick, Vera Allen, Irene Yates, Ellen Shoulders and Lucille Ramsey.
He is survived by: his son Ross Shoulders (Jannesse) of Adairville; his daughter-in-law Debbie Shoulders of Russellville; and his siblings, Ed Shoulders of Adairville and Anna Ruth Hardin of Adairville. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
