He was predeceased by: his stepson Brian Parker. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Faye Allen; his children, Michael Allen (Samantha) and Edie Allen McNutt (Jason); his brothers, Jerry Allen (Becky), Gary Allen (Kay), Ronnie Allen (Kathy) and Mark Allen (Peggy); and his grandchildren, Lindsay Allen, Emma Allen, John Allen, Lily Ann McNutt and Lincoln McNutt.
