He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Ramsey, Jr. and Viola Betty Cassetty Gregory; his former wife Mary Elizabeth Allen Ramsey; and his son Randall Wayne Ramsey. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Gregory (Pee Wee) of Franklin, KY, Charlotte Sue Ramsey of Franklin, KY, Ed Ramsey of Adairville, KY and Rita Faye Ramsey (Pee Wee Frazier) of Allensville, KY; his grandchildren, Douglas Gass, Christopher Ramsey and Chasity Ramsey; his great grandchildren, Bobby Amarion Jennings, Christopher Antores Jennings, Dakota Ashton Jennings and Alexander Clint Ramsey; and his sister Sammie Fairchild.
