He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Terry Steven and Rhonda L. Trogdon Elmore; his sisters, Tamra Phelps (Dustin) and Jada Elmore (Ethan Creek); his nieces and nephews, Konnor Phelps, Kylin Phelps and Weston Creek; his aunt Nini (Tina); and his cousins, Brandy Mitchell (Dillon) and Jacob Henley.
