He is survived by: his wife Sara; his children, Sarah Louise Miller and David Andrew Miller, Jr. (Taylor); his stepdaughters, Shaelyn Maklem, Lilyann Vineyard and Addyson Barnett; his grandson David Andrew III; his siblings, Terry Miller (Sue) and Laura Reveal (Bob Hines); his nieces and nephews, Heather Miller, Matthew Miller, Shea Bisotti (Andy), Lauren Hutchinson (Josh) and Zane Reveal (Meagan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelynn Miller, Kaedyn Gill, Brynlee Hutchinson, Jeremiah Bisotti, John Karter Gill, Sophia Bisotti, Layne Lewis, Drake Hutchinson, Rhett Reveal and Elliott Reveal.
