She was predeceased by: her father Donald Gene Cuppy; and her stepfather Lonnie Shrofe. She is survived by: her mother Judy Faye Wells Cuppy; her siblings, Don Cuppy (Shelly) of Fowler, KS, Ronald Holmquest, Jr., Lee, Aaron, Kaidan, Blake Cuppy and Marchelle Shaffer (Kelly); and her close friend Kim Leckrone. She is also survived by 7 nephews and a great-niece.
