She is survived by: her husband Leland; and her children, Eddie, Tina Marie Church, Betty Jane Church, Loren Burnett, Okla, Joseph Burnett, Samantha Douglas and Wellington. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
