Richard Phillips Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Milton Phillips, III and Wanda Jeanette Phillips (Adams). He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his children, Stacy Drake (Karl Schimmel) of Olathe, KS, Violet Sadowsky of Wichita, KS and Nathan Drake (Pami) of Emporia, KS; his grandchildren, Martain Wade, Parker Drake, Kayli Drake and Kinli Drake; and his sisters, Patricia Jackson (Bill) of Augusta, KS, Pam Stillwell, Becky Eller (Neal) and Susan Davis. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
