Martha Cook Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2020, at the age of 82, Martha Cook (Yates Center, Kansas) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Martha Cook to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mike and Lucy Elizabeth Collins (Wilson); her husband Donald; and her siblings, Robert Earl "Ike" Collins, David Collins, Bill Collins, Donna Eisenbart and Marcella Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Purtee of Kansas City, D. J. Cook (Amy) of Kansas City, Carolyn Randolph (Larry) of Kansas City, Sandy Morrison (Charles) of Yates Center and Marsha McVey (Rex) of Yates Center; her brother Glen Collins (Connie) of Piqua, KS; and her siblings-in-law, Norb Eisenbart and Babe Collins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 situation private family memorial services will be held at Campbell Funeral Home in Yates Center.
