It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deane Swanson (Yates Center, Kansas), who passed away on November 27, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Deane Swanson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Augustine and Hannah Elida Swanson (Lindstrom); his wife Dorothy; his son-in-law Mitch Roberts; and his brothers, Edward Swanson and Harold A. Swanson.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Swanson (Cathy) of Olathe, KS, Susan Roberts of Bel Aire, KS and Sandra Heffern (Mike) of Yates Center, KS; his grandchildren, Thomas (Marie), Ann Franklin (Brady), Jon Roberts, Trisha Delano, Niki Stivers (David), Ty Heffern and Taylor Heffern; his great grandchildren, Daphne Franklin, Corbin Delano-Roberts, Alyssa Heffern and Adalyn Jackson; and his sister Mary Lou O'Brien of St. Paul, KS. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
