He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Turner and Agatha Eva Turner (Schulte); his siblings, Orville Turner, Frank Turner, Roland Turner, Fred Turner, Mary McClure, Loyola Hutchinson, Ruth Carey and Charlotte Simmons; and his grandson Chuck Leach.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Donna Hibbard (Tom) of Yates Center, Dixie Collins (Rob) of Piqua and Heather Reed of Oklahoma; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Leach (Savannah) of Yates Center, Emily Kinzle (Kyle) of Iola, Kendra Shaw (Derek) of Yates Center, Clayton Smith (Teria) of Independence, George Goodell of Iola, Jedd Frogatte of Humboldt, Nina Houk (Dalton) of Moran and Kirsten Hoyt of Ottawa. He is also survived by eight great-great-grandchildren.
