He was predeceased by: his father Russell Jewell; his brother Russell Charles Bishop; and his sister-in-law Nancy Bishop. He is survived by: his mother Betty Ann Bishop (Morrow); his children, Shelby Bishop, Justin Bishop (Brittany) of Stark, KS and Makayla Thomas (Adam) of Erie, KS; his grandchildren, Nova Bishop, Ellee Thomas, Brantlee Thomas and Carson Bishop; his siblings, Eddie Bishop of Kansas City, MO, Randy Bishop (Christi), Rita L. Bishop of Burlington, KS and Tim Bishop (Kim) of Andover, KS; and his sister-in-law GiGi Bishop. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; many other relatives and many friends.
