He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Irene Kollman (Stultz) and Henry Kollman; and his siblings, Louis "Mike" Kollman and Mary Pulec. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Middleton of Texas and Joan Northup of Salina, Kansas; and his nieces and nephews, Brenda, Sherry, Melva, Heather, Jessica, Melinda, Angela, Anne, John, Brian and Mike. He is also survived by many cousins, great nieces and nephews and friends.
