He was predeceased by: his parents, Gurna Lewallen and Lydia Lewallen (Theimer); and his wife Jeannine Potter. He is survived by: his children, Lanis Kirk (Terry), Michael Lewallen (Sandi), Mark Lewallen (Pam) and Lance Lewallen (Susan). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
