It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kaye Penner (Winona, Kansas), born in Sutton, Nebraska, who passed away on May 11, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Friesen and Tena Friesen (Janzen). She is survived by: her husband Virgil Penner; her children, Sondra Otto (Tony) and Tom (Paige); and her grandchildren, Jon Otto (Natalie), Sarah Otto, Ryan Penner and Mara Penner.
