She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Leorn and Alice Viola Spencer (Bourlon); her children, Leorn Payton and Alice Foust; and her grandchildren, Jana Lea, Jared Lyon and Nolan Kebert.
She is survived by: her former husband Melvin W. Payton; her daughters, Sonya Draper (Earl) of Wichita and Maureen Ingram of Winfield; and her daughter-in-law Janice Payton of Wichita.
A memorial has been established in Annabell's name for the COPD Foundation. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
