He was predeceased by: his parents, Andra Pat Stephens and Ernestine Olive Stephens (Kusel); and his sister Patricia Lou Hinshaw (Patty). He is survived by: his wife Paula Stephens; his children, Andy Paul Stephens (Becky) and Jill Ann Schiltz (Matt); his grandchildren, Alec Paul Stephens, Grace Olivia Schiltz and Annabeth Rose Schiltz; and also Mary Stephens O'Neil of Parsons, Kansas..
