He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Rosecrans and Elizabeth Rosecrans (Benedict); his former wife Patricia Taylor; and his brother James Rosecrans (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Dollie Hutto; his children, Steve Rosecrans (Diane) and Nancy Miller (Kent); his stepsons, Ron Hutto (Kim) and Mark Hutto (Amy); his grandchildren, Ryan Rosecrans (Luz), Lori Gordon (Russell), Kyle Miller (Ashlee), Craig Miller (Brie) and Emily Wren (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Alice, Sadie, Zulianette, Kamilah, Alyssa, Amanda, Aleigha, Braylee, Bowen, Avery, Callen, Casen, Colton, Olivia, Michaela and Luke. He is also survived by grandchildren include; 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
