He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Columbus and Audrie Lynes (Hodge); and his brothers, Aden, David Leon and David Lynn.

He is survived by: his spouse Christie Foote; his sons, Jeffrey, Joey (Kathy) of Wichita and Jeff of Winfield; his grandchildren, Amily of Wichita, Braden of Winfield and Austin of Wichita; and his siblings, Marcia of Chanute, Ronnie of Ponca City, OK and Paul of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established in Otis' name for his grandchildren's education fund. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
