He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wysocki and Patricia Wysocki (Bergmann); and his sister Elizabeth Cropek (Hall). He is survived by: his siblings, Suzanne Kendall (Justin) of Lawrence, Tonya Wolinski (Derek) of Cotesfield, NE, Sean Wysocki of Elba, NE, Sami Kayl (Brady) of Grand Island, NE and Alexa Bilava (Mark) of Elkhorn, NE; his niece Ally Wysocki (Nathan Allen) of Wellington; his nephew Frugi Hall of Winfield; and his stepfather Lee Hall of Winfield.

A memorial has been established in Billy's name for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
