She is survived by: her children, Vernon Schreiner of Houston, TX, Judy Nixon (Lyndell) of Conroe, TX, Brenda Bird (Dean) of Augusta and Darlene Phillips (William) of Winfield; her grandchildren, Troy Nixon (Lisa) of Pearland, TX, Travis Nixon (Karen) of Euless, TX, Jason Bird (Heather) of Augusta, Kristy George (Steve) of Augusta, Tiffany Parsons (Max) of Winfield, Lindsay Godfrey (Chris) of North Augusta, SC and Katherine Nelson (Ray) of Sheridan, OR; and her great grandchildren, Dana Nixon, Ryan Nixon, Cailey Nixon, Courtney Nixon, Gabby Trevino, Olivia Trevino, Emi Bird and Wyatt Bird.
A memorial has been established in Viola's name for the American Diabetes Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
