He was predeceased by: his brother Milton Bussart; and his parents, Mayland and Irene. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Cyndy Bressler (Brent), Michael Bussart and David Bussart; and his sister LaDonna Basto. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorials, in lieu of flowers, to Ascension Lutheran Church Youth and Serenity Hospice, Wichita, Ks.
