She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Weller and Janet Weller (Kotapish). She is survived by: her son Jory Weller of Branson, MO; her brothers, Scot Weller (Sheryl) of Wichita and Ty Weller (Nicole) of Pinehurst, NC; and her nephews, Landon and Jake Weller.
A memorial has been established in Tammy's name for the Winfield Habitat for Humanity. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
