He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Jacoutot; and his uncles, Bob Jacoutot, Jerry Pfeiffer, Dennis Pfeiffer and Harvey Pfeiffer.
He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Jacoutot (Pfeiffer); his sisters, Rebecca Fye (Brian) of Indiana and Suzanne Roe (Graham) of Indiana; his aunt Cindy Baker (Greg); his uncle John Pfeiffer; and his godson George Scharff.
