She is survived by: her husband Mark Bortzer of Wellington, Kansas; her children, Crystal Green (Anthony) of Wellington, Kansas, Tara Brown of Wellington, Kansas, Breana Bortzer of Wellington, Kansas, Mark Bortzer, II (Ali) of Kansas and Kevin Bortzer (Amber) of Winfield, Kansas; and her siblings, Elizabeth Anderson of Cambridge, Minnesota, James Smith (Cindy) of Belle Plaine, Kansas, Richard Smith (Sheila) of McPherson, Kansas, John Lynch of Larned, Kansas and Donna. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
