He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dr. R. B. White, MD and Judith Showalter. He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Tapia of Winfield and Sudie Tapia (White) of Winfield; his cousin Gabriel; his friends, Gundam and Dragon Ball Z; his siblings, Samantha Pogue (Jesse) of Colorado Springs, CO, Sylvia Tapia of Winfield, Salvador Tapia of Winfield and Savannah Tapia (Taytay) of Winfield; his grandparents, Antonio, Guadalupe Tapia of Winfield and Patricia White of Winfield; his nieces, Ameighya, Ariannah and Alaynah; and his nephew Jayden of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial has been established in Santana's name to help defray funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
