He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Greer and Eulalia Greer; and his brothers, Gary and Richard "Butch" Greer. He is survived by: his children, Mario Crawford of Wichita and Reanna Greer of Winfield; his wife Tonya Greer; his sisters, Kimberly Greer-Duru of Wichita and Charlene "Joan" Baptista; his granddaughter TaNeal Bollinger of Stillwater, OK; and his great grandchild Addarah Bollinger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established in Ronald's name for Second Baptist Church in Winfield. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
