He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Lee Wilcoxen and Glayda Delores Toothaker; and his brother Jack R. Wilcoxen. He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Woodward (John) of Wichita Falls, TX and Thomas Wilcoxen of Arkansas City; his nieces and nephews, Molly Armijo (Harold), Kerby Harms (Monika Vasquez), Angeline Frisch (Frank), Mary Lee (Casey), Thomas Harms (Lauren), Samantha Myatt (Matteo Schirro), Robyn Myatt (Jonathan Jones) and Briana Wilcoxen; and his stepmother Phyllis Wilcoxen of Winfield.
