With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodney T. Jennings of Winfield, Kansas, born in Arkansas City, Kansas, who passed away on October 26, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Booker T. Jr. Jennings and Velva Beatrice Jennings (Watson); his former wife Mary Frazier; and his sister Velma J. Goree. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Jennings of Winfield; his children, Valarie Madondo (Simon) of Winfield, Rosalyn Driver of Winfield, Kim Frazier of Arkansas City, Maria Jennings of Arkansas City, Rodney Jennings, Jr. (Amy) of Winfield, Jeremiah Jennings of Winfield, Noah Jennings of Winfield and Nadia Jennings of Winfield; his siblings, Lovie E. McCarty (Eugene) of Arkansas City, Booker T. Jennings, III (Debra) of Arkansas City and Charles D. Jennings (Delphia) of Arkansas City; and his stepchildren, Joshua Faatz (Ashley) of Pennsylvania, Montana Grove (Kaden Williams) of Utah and Karee Britt of Winfield. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established with the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
