He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kearns and Osie Kearns (Brooks); and his brothers, Harvey, Don and Robert Kearns.
He is survived by: his former wives, Ruth Ann Knuckey and Leta Meadows; his children, Allen Kearns (Becky) of Winfield and Kimberly Gray of Winfield; and his grandchildren, Alex Garrout, Cody Kearns, Brady Gray, Garth Gray, Cheyanna Prichard, Ashley Marr, Trey Gray, Breanna Wogoman and Cody Wogoman.
A memorial has been established in Richard's name for the First Church of the Nazarene. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
