He is survived by: his wife Ethel "Marie" Melugin of Winfield; and his children, Susan Campbell (Tom) of Winfield, Steve Tackett (Debbie) of Winfield, Gene Tackett (Rhonda) of Winfield, Sheryl Turner-Edwards (Jerry) of Arkansas City and Chris Tackett (Robin) of Arkansas City.
