She was predeceased by: her parents, Weaver Poovey and Sallie Poovey (Bussard); her husband Donald Lee Hatfield; and her brothers, Waldo and Louis Poovey.
She is survived by: her children, David Hatfield and Jane Hatfield; her granddaughters, Christa and Ashley Hatfield; and her brother-in-law Jesse Hatfield (Jessie). She is also survived by four great-grandsons.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church and the Cowley County Humane Society, donations may be left in care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
