She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Kristine Moon) and Martin (Deanna Moon) of Winfield; her grandchildren, Christopher (Angie Moon), Shawna (Robert Meyers), Jonathan (Kylie Moon), Matthew Moon of Winfield, Timothy (Bethany Riley) of Topeka, Brittany Bishop of Winfield, Vanessa Moon of Udall, Rachel Moon of Arkansas City, Kathy Moon of Goddard, Mariah (Manuel Berumen) of Wichita and Sahara Moon of Winfield; her great grandchildren, Justin, Jaci, Piper, Quinley, Tobais, Holden, Declan Moon, Courtnay, Hannah, Courtney Bishop, Abigael, Adden Riley, Preslee Meyers, Charlie (Dan Casper), Aurora, Jasper, Rourke Wallace, Demetri, Dayton Howard, Caden, Emitt Bradshaw, Chandlyr Morris, Andres and Bricela Berumen; and her brother-in-law Charles McConnell of Rose Hill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in Phyllis' name for the Alzheimer's Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
