He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Wedd and Ruth Wedd (Quillan); his wife Martha Sue Teeman; his sisters, Mabel Brien and Mary Alley; and his son Timothy Wedd.
He is survived by: his children, Russell Wedd (Marilyn) of Winfield, Rodney Wedd of Winfield and LeeAnn Cowan (James) of Stillwater, OK; his siblings, Willa Martin of Winfield and John Wedd (Carolyn) of Ralston, OK; his grandchildren, Michelle Owens (Michael Tapia), Monty Welch (Nina) and Sidnee Cowan; and his great grandchildren, Trey Wedd, David Owens, Megan Owens, Phillips David Welch, Tater Welch and Emmett Welch.
A memorial has been established in Phil's name for Gentiva Hospice. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
