It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pat Eugene Crowell in Winfield, Kansas, born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Crowell and Viola Crowell; his wife Sara Crowell; and his daughters, Virginia Crowell and Judy Andra Reciting.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Macy of Cheney, KS, Deborah Denholm (Gregg) of Tonganoxie, KS, Steve Crowell (Kristen) of Northfield, MN, Patrick Crowell (Melanie) of Conway Springs, KS, Christy Foreman (Darrell) of Wichita, KS, Kathy Folsom (Paul) of Longton, KS and Charles Crowell (Ellen) of Conway Springs, KS.; and his siblings, Betty Stene of Sioux Falls, SD, Donna May of Conway Springs, KS, Jimmy Crowell of Conway Springs, KS and Barbara Crowell of Conway Springs, KS.. He is also survived by 37 grandchildren, 80 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (320 Main St, Moline, KS 67353). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Longton Recreation and can be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
