It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Eldon Kennedy of Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Vallow and Laura Kennedy (Lanier); his wife Delia Fay King; and his sister Pauline Jones. He is survived by: his sons, Kirk Kennedy (Nancy) of Atlanta and Troy Kennedy (Kathy) of Winfield; and his brother Paul Kennedy (Rose) of Atlanta. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and many extended family and friends.
