She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Rising and Eunice Rising (Bennett); her sons, Kirk Rising and Billy Steven; her granddaughter Hilary Crow; and her siblings, Charles Rising, Glenice Rising and Roger Rising.

She is survived by: her former husband Billy Eugene Ireland; her children, Kevin Ireland (Leslie) of Topeka, Marty Ireland of Okeene, OK and Kelle Ireland Haden of Cedar Vale; her grandchildren, Traci Lee (Jim), Jenni Ireland (Kent Wilson), Buck Ireland, Weston Ireland, Mollye Ireland Vincent (Cody), Raina Ireland, Oliver Darby Ireland (Mary), Connor Ireland, Jarvis Haden and Kinlee Haden; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Case, Varick, Liliana, Kutter, Pake, Marty, Bronc and Billy.

A memorial has been established in Norma's name for Harry Hynes Hospice. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
