He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman M. Spengler and Ethel Clavin Spengler; his nephew Wes Spengler; his brother Dow; and his sister-in-law Pat Spengler.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Sherri Spengler, Jullie, Brian Loper, Melissa Spengler, Dawn Spengler and Ricky Spengler; and his friend Tim Yeager.
In lieu of flowers, Milton requested contributions be made to his beloved Alma Mater, Oklahoma Christian University.
