He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Hull and Lucille P. Hull (Cook); his wife Linda F. Yates; his son Michael Hull; and his siblings, Robert "Bob", William "Bill" Hull and Rita Faye Hull.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Mooningham (Donnie) of Woodlawn, TN, Russell Hull (Deedra) of Winfield and Darren Hull (Cara) of Grove, OK; his daughter-in-law Heather Hull of Grove, OK; and his sister Barbara Simpson (Max) of Wichita.
A memorial has been established in Mike's name to help defray funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
