He is survived by: his wife Betty Womack; his children, Michael Womack, Lynnette Bay and Wade Womack; his children-in-law, Dana Womack and Darrell Bay; his grandchildren, Kristen Engelbrecht, Matthew Womack and Darrian Bay; and his great grandchildren, Lee O'Donnal, Leo Engelbrecht and Cora'Ann O'Donnal.
Memorial contributions may be made to Sumner County 4-H and the Loyette Olson Outreach Fund - Grace Episcopal Church in Winfield, Kansas. Donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
