She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Landes and Evelyn Landes (Wegand); and her brothers, Byron Landes, Gary Landes and Larry Landes.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Charlie" Burroughs of Winfield; her stepchildren, Nick Burroughs (Mitzi) of Wichita and Sherri Cleaveland (Perry) of Wichita; her siblings, Scott Landes (Elana) of Medford, OR and Carol Walker of San Angelo, TX; her grandchildren, Tyler Burroughs, Cale Burroughs, Paige Jordan, Trey Cleaveland and Cory Cleaveland; and her great grandchildren, Camden Cole Saavedra Burroughs, Aria Aleen Renea Burroughs, Bennett Ray Dean Burroughs, Jaxon Nicholas Jordan and Michael Allen Cleaveland.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Marla's name for the American Cancer Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
