She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Marousek and Opal Marousek (Guyer). She is survived by: her husband David Chapman of Winfield; her sons, Christopher Chapman (Jen) of Steamboat Springs, CO and Matthew Chapman (Rebecca) of Winfield; her sister Marilynn Heffron (Gene) of Wichita; and her grandchildren, Mackenzie Chapman, Abby Chapman, Van Chapman, Peyton Cravens and London Leaming.
A memorial has been established in LuAnn's name for the Alzheimer's Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
