He is survived by: his former wife Patti Walker; his son Garrett Hoover (Morgan McCall) of Arkansas City; his grandson Parker Lee Hoover of Arkansas City; and his siblings, Julie Seitz of Oxford and Larry Hoover of Winfield.
A memorial has been established in Louis' name for Heart Menders at William Newton Hospital. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
