He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Newton and Aletha Leah Gann (Nixon); and his brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Ternes. He is survived by: his wife Linda May of Winfield; his children, Jeffrey Gann (Mary) of Winfield, Ashley Scherzer (Nick) of Shawnee, KS and Jeremy Gann (Camille) of Blue Springs, MO; his sisters, Sharon Ternes of Arkansas City and Marcia Pearsall (Larry) of Robinson, IL; and his grandchildren, Madilyn, Colin, Beck, Spencer, Andrew, Elliot, Olivia, Matilda and Abigail.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cornerstone Bible Fellowship Church (3725 E 9th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156).
A memorial has been established in Larry's name for Quilts of Valor – Winfield. Contributions may be made through Miles Funeral Service.
